Premier Profiles was founded in 2008 with the belief that the UK needs a more approachable, accurate and attractive way for both companies and agencies to source and supply great talent.

Finding Talent

We believe the options available to employers for finding talent today are inadequate and in some cases obsolete. The most commonly used recruiting methods are direct agency relationships, online job boards and advertising; few employers are truly ever satisfied with these resources as so much is left to chance. Job boards are inefficient and ineffective – employers pay to post a job and are then saturated with hundreds of unqualified candidates’ CVs. Outside agencies are difficult to control and can be too expensive – employers must negotiate with multiple recruiters and undertake a huge administrative burden to try and find the right candidate.

The site is designed specifically to address the void described above and ease the pain being felt by hiring managers and human resources managers alike. Our marketplace creates a platform where employers (Talent Seekers) can specify exactly the type of individuals that would add value to their existing team. For agencies (Talent Providers), we have designed a platform that allows them to efficiently find the perfect employers to match their candidates eliminating the need for cold calling.
